About

SC Intern Rooms has developed over the years starting during the COVID year of 2020. Victor purchased his first house during this time and slowly furnished the rooms throughout the year. He began by renting one room out where he lived, realizing that he could also help another intern find a living spot by renting out his second bedroom. From this point the story began

Victor was inspired to get into real estate of owning multiple properties after reading the book ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ in college. This new mindset was the motivation to eventually come into play upon graduation and his first job after college.

Victor finds himself as a fair and welcoming person. While building the real estate portfolio, he truly strives to be a likeable, honest, and fair landlord as a person when possible. He believes in the 1/3 methodology. You should spend 1/3 of your time listening and taking in mentorship from those you see as role models, spend 1/3 of your time with your peers, friends, coworkers, etc, and 1/3 of your time giving back or helping others. While at the same time meeting his life goals on a financial standpoint, he sees this rental business he runs as helping others with easy clean affordable housing as at one point he was an intern himself.

Victor hopes you find his housing more of a home feeling, rather than just a random place to live so that you may develop great memories for the years to come upon the departure of your internship. Thank you
