All Properties are privately owned by a BMW Employee living in the same area. Your temporary stay is specifically tailored to be as perfect as possible to your internship semester needs. All properties are deep cleaned every semester, entire house being fully furnished including kitchenware, your personal room, living room, etc. so you literally bring nothing other than personal items, a bed sheet set, and towels.
